In addition to cleaning, be mindful of your jewelry’s exposure to the elements and daily activities. Warranty and Repairs

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days. If you need a size adjustment because the chain is too large, or a re-weld because the bond didn’t hold, please contact us immediately to avoid further damage or loss. We offer this repair free of charge within the first 30 days.

If you need to remove your jewelry or require a re-weld after 30 days, we can perform the repair for a nominal fee, typically $20. Please note that if your jewelry is damaged beyond what can be repaired or is lost, we cannot be held responsible.

Once the jewelry is applied, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges can be made.
